I'm trying to get lean bc I'm fat and gross

-high protein (keeps you satiated better than other macronutrients)
-high fiber (again keeps you satiated)
-caffeine (mild appetite suppressant and fat burner)
-low intensity cardio (burns fat / problem with high intensity is it can make you ravenously hungry)
-weightlifting (to prevent muscle loss / maximize fat loss)
-semaglutide (nuclear option)

Yeah fuck semaglutide. As for zero calorie carbonated drinks, do you mean seltzer or like shit with aspartame?

Take glucomannan, basically expands with water in your stomach making you feel full, Consuming up to 9 grams (9,000 milligrams) per day, split across three to four doses is considered safe, you can do the same thing with a spoon of chia seeds but make sure you soak them first or you'll choke

Cut super slow. Most people wake up realize they are fat and want to lose 30kg in 2weeks so they start starving themselves on 1000kcal which nukes their metabolism and then they wonder why aren't they losing weight fast if they are in such a heavy deficit. After that they lose motivation and they gain all the weight back if not even more. That is the case for most people that try to lean out.
