you have to do hamza method and slow reduction, 1 day nofap, then 2, 3, 4 and so on. also you need to tone down the porn you watch until you go with no porn. it is very very hard to go cold turkey, better just increase the streaks and do less dopamine filled faps than go longer without than you can and do some ultra coomer 5 in a day level shit

u need to have reason to do it. for me was that i stopped getting morning wood and random erections. once i stopped PMO, it came back.

look up the studies into it. the "7 day testosterone peak" study you all nofap copers show, the study literally says that after ejaculation for 7 days your testosterone has an increase, on 7th day its even higher, on 8th goes to baseline.

I have these problems too. Stopped fapping for two weeks but the mw didnt return.

I'm on test and lifting daily and nofap is easy as shit

Just 1 week and it's like 300% easier. You can get it done, and when you do, it'll be easier to do :ogre:
