[ Giving Solution ] Need links to skin lightening methods

Any guides on here about it? I've tried looking around but as far as I'm aware theres no long term safe method of doing this, and the only thing you can really do about your skin as a white person is get it tanned.

Would appreciate links or sources to anything, heard koreans do this a lot, wanted to know more

No, I'm white, this is for a guide I'm working on in the "skin" segment of it, the guide is going to be about coloring & contrast, but I don't feel right if I don't include a section in it about skin, so far I only added tanning and itd be weird if there was nothing for lightening
