how to achieve glass skin easily

Foods
Most importantly, make sure you eat a healthy diet

- Walnuts: Increases collagen production
- Pumpkin: Antioxidants, Vitamin A/C, Helps skin make new skin cells
- Avocado: Tightens skin, reduces appearence of pores, helps skin tone
- Carrots: Same effect as tomatoes
- Tomatoes: Antioxidant, anti aging, protects from sun damage
- Water: Drink hella water. helps clear skin

Avoid: Deep fried food, high sugar content, cheese, coffee


Routine
1. Use a oil based cleanser (removes oil and excess sunscreen from face) USING COLD/WARM WATER
2. Use a water based cleanser (deeply cleans pores) AVOID SCRUBBING AND JUST MASSAGE
3. Exfoliate with a BHA/AHA Cleanser. These literally disolve dead skin cells instead of causing tears like physically exfoliating will do ONLY DO THIS ONCE A WEEK
4. Moisturizing Essence. Moisturizes and tones skins. Essential ingredient in korean skincare routines
5. Ampule. Another korean skin care product that will help achieve glass skin
7. Moisurize. If you use a ampule then you don't need to moisturize.

8. Sunscreen: Dont skip this step (unless its at night ofc)


do this daily for a month or two and you will have model tier skin brahs

all in all good thread but you could replace most of it with laser genesis + tretinoin and only have to clean/moisturizer/sunscreen

For the cleansers can you recommend which ones are best? Specifically for the water and oil based cleansers.

i dont know any but just look at the back and water should be the first or 2nd ingredient
