I'm explaining to you that apparently L-glutamine helps to bring well-being to digestion and is also an anti-inflammatory. Charcoal powder (edible of course) can absorb any type of gas stored in your skin, but be careful not to take it with food supplements, as it may absorb them too. I plan to take these two supplements to combat my digestive problems that I have had since childhood. What are the recommendations? mg/day, when? before each meal? on an empty stomach?
