I found in this website that Gluthatione can ligthen eyes color:

Its interesting to see that though is obviously any radical change, is good enough to make it much better:
"Glutathione can change eye color because it changes how light reflects off your eye. When you take glutathione, it increases the amount of white in your eyes, which makes them appear lighter. If you have dark brown or black eyes, this may make them appear hazel or green"

"Glutathione only makes the eye color lighter; it doesn’t make them whiter. If you have brown eyes, they will be lighter brown. If you have green eyes, they will be lighter green. The reason why glutathione makes your eyes lighter is that it reduces melanin production in the iris of your eye. Melanin is a pigment that gives color to your skin and hair"

In reality what makes eyes really more attractive is much more the brightness than the colour. Light brown (or honey) is much more attractive than dark brown; light green than dark green; light blue(A10) than dark blue, and so on. So if its true what is written, than it would already be really great

However, I didnt find so many sources of that, does someone here know more about it? Have experimented

As far as I read, it doesnt have good bioavailability, and if consumed, should be together with vitamin C in same dosage, because vitaminC highly increase bioavability. Im also not sure if should be by eye drops or by supplement, in this article sounds that should be by eye drops

The article mentions Glutathione eye drops but doesn’t give any links on where to purchase. I wonder if supplemental glutathione has the same effect on skin & eyes.

Drops don’t work

They do work but don’t expect much since the lighter your eyes are the less they’ll work
