Not even taking 1000mg glutathione supplements daily will do the trick, food doesn't give you nearly as much
I tried it for 3 months..

Healthmaxx and eat a balanced animal predominant diet.

Cleanse your liver (liver and gallbladder flush)

As for gluthione, the only way i recommend is IV (injecting) combine with vitamin c+koijic acid.

I care mostly about light eyes but being whiter as a side effect can't hurt in my location
