Calories in calories out. Just happens that foods containing gluten has alot of calories

Calories in calories out. Just happens that foods containing gluten has alot of calories
Hormones > cico. CICO matters, but hormones are more important.

For example if you take trenbolone, you can eat in a calorie surplus and still gain muscle and lose fat at the same time as the lack of aromatase.

There's a lot of evidence that bpa, xenoestrogens, and soy affect obesity too.

Gluten = carbs = insulin resistance
Vegans eat a lot of carbs, but the lean and mean vegans don't eat high calorie low nutritional value carbs like that.

Nah you still need to eat less, but gluten is high in calories and often very poor in nutritional value.

High Glycemic index foods and low nutrient foods increase hunger and cause you to over eat. High Glycemic foods also produce AGE's, which hyper age you and destroy your skin, and cause all kinds of health problems. Grains shred your gut lining (increase gut permeability) which leads to internal infections, and over acting immune system and swelling body wide which damages all of your organs. Your gut will take weeks to heal, and in the mean time other foods will leak through and cause the same issues (even if you had pizza just one time).

Fruitarians age like shit, and so do vegetarians. Most carnivore people are nutrient deficient in something which is why their faces look like giant pimples about to burst when they get older.

Optimal diet for most men is a variety of mixed vegetables and meats (including eating the animal fat & bone marrow). No processed Meats. Hot dogs, Baloney, etc. is very toxic. And Nothing else.

Modern day designed fruits are not what are ancestors ate. Also we shouldn't have fruits all season, in the past we only had them seasonally.

Your baseline insulin resistance and other hormones will determine how your body partitions nutrients. CICO is way too reductionist a way to view metabolism and it is used as a cope by shills and people who want to reconcile their modern food addictions with weight control. The reality is that if you get to the point that you need to count calories to not get fat, your diet is unnatural and unhealthy.

They aren't "lean" they are starving malnourished skeletons. When you buy a lean cut of meat you expect mostly muscle tissue, not an emaciated piece of bone. All vegans are malnourished and degenerate but fruitarians are probably the worst because of the chronic inflammation of chronically elevated insulin.

you're wrong. it is because of seed oils and chemicals in our food

Fruits like kiwis have a ton of vitamins, minerals, and fiber in them.

Pasta, breads, wheats, destroy your insides and cause many problems and cause insulin resistance.


It's basically the dysgenic high calorie low nutritional value diet that cause obesity. Like McDonald's, burger king, and pizza The poor potato, banana, quinoa, fruit, and bean killers eat a lot of carbs, but they eat non degenerate carbs, keep their calories lower, and the huge vegans pin.

Plus I already said there is extreme evidence of BPA being one of the leading causes of obesity.
