I thought I had done so much research that I already knew the answer to what a surgeon would say if I came to them with my specific symptoms. But I was pleasantly surprised when I went to a maxillofacial surgeon and with only 15 ahi he said he would consider bimax. And said he had it done on one patient with 10 ahi simply because they couldn't wear a cpap. For me he said get wisdom teeth out and tonsils, and fix my deviated septum, and remove turbinates. Basically all little options, that if they don't work I could come back to him. But some of you may have even better luck than what I found, he even said he was more conservative, so if you found a even more willing surgeon you may be able to get them to do it if you are just willing to go through the procedure and understand the risks without having to do a bunch of little steps.
Also if anyone saw my last post it was related to this but I was also consulting multiple people about MSE, this was just a single part of the bright side that I have seen visiting at this point like 10 different people.
