I know manlets won't fit 6 heads in their body not even average people but the goal is basically make your body look big but still proportional with and without clothes. Wide clavicles such as Loox are a meme, improve your width but not too much. Then focus on your legs, have you seen Clavicular legs? Even people who never step a foot in the gym have bigger legs. Big legs will make your torso look proportional to the lower part of the body. Unless your neck is long, never train traps as it will result in a looksmin. If you have subhuman sloppy shoulders you should train traps to a certain degree. Then train forearms more than biceps, small forearms will make you look weak to women. Train calves if naturally your calves are small, don't train them if naturally your calves are big.
