Goatis is a coin that is tossed every now and then. One side shows how to live a true life, the other is blind braindead claims on food/genetics.
Goatis needs to swallow the geneticspill and accept life.

i like a lot of his takes and i also enjoy some raw meat sometimes but i feel like he is too deep into this primal shit, why would you do all that when u can just buy a vial of test instead

if you source all your raw shit straight from a farm for 10x the price then yes the risk is virtually negligible, but why even do it? You're paying 10x more for some minor (usually around 20%) of the nutrients being lost, when you can just eat slightly more seared meat to make up for the loss of nutrients.

Why not make a point why it's good? If I sear a steak to rare, I keep roughly 90% of the nutrient content intact and It tastes 10x nicer, why should I suddenly shift to disgusting raw sludge for an extra 10% when I can simply eat slightly more cooked meat that actually tastes nice

Water soluble vitamins are completely lost. You need raw animal foods for B vitamins. Cooking completely destroys any B vitamins and you will have a B vitamin deficiency.

“Essential” in nutritional science means bare minimum for survival

Raw food isn't about survival its about supremacy.

Studies on taurine vitamin C enzymes ETC show that cooking will reduce them. Reduced doesnt mean non-essential reduced = less than optimal
