Never really was a big fan of him, I recently tried raw eggs because fo him, I don't regret it.


But he thinks working out is unnecessary, and having muscles is unnecessary as well. I think having muscles and working out is actually great. Just because it not comfortable it doesn't mean it's good.

Goatis, faceiq, aajonus, raw marcus, ect all have some merit to them. I like faceiq the most because he doesnt cope about peptides and surgeries, and acknowledges that theyre effective.
