Not neccesarily his diet takes but more so on society; That you dont actually have any real friends and its very likely theyre not connected to you by trust etc but more so by an addiction.
School destroys lives which is why you are most nostalgic about youre childhood because that was when you werent enslaved.
His diet just has many holes in it imo like the lack of certain bacteria and low calories
