when i think about it none of my older family members exercised a single day in their life but they grew their own food and got all the nOOtrients
and they all live till like 90
meanwhile all the gymcels die at 40 from heart attacks
every gym fan i know is unhealthy

yes that too. and by no means am i saying that moderate exercise is bad. im talking about gymceling and working out 25 hours a day. its bad for you even without chemicals
 
Imagine lifting man made weights all day to stress your muscles unnaturally and have them grow temporarily larger as response to the stress

exercise is still important its just the gym is overkill, calisthenics mogs for general excerise but longevity is more about diet than anything else though

Yeah overtraining is bad like every thing you overdo.
If you train right you will be healthy like a normal person.

Certain hobbies are often associated with overarching lifestyles

Correlating those hobbies with byproducts of those lifestyles is a common failure in pattern recognition
 
You just need 23-24 FFMI, don’t overdo it.
Still a very ambitious goal nevertheless, especially natty.
 
Gym isnt necessarily good for you, but its not bad either.
Its just a means to look better.

With that said most gymcels are unhealthy fat pigs who go around jamming down copious amounts of pwo and processed slop justifying it with "muh bulk"
