literally true, almost everything he says makes PERFECT sense after u think about it for like more than 5 minutes and don’t get immediately offended and go into high cortisol mode

take his advice, and apply it to your own life in a way that is suited to your own needs

if u wanna go to the gym, fine, keep going. just eat right and sleep well and try not to stress aside from heavy metal circle lifting. and get sunlight. youll still be 80% healthy

my thoughts on his thoughts:

organ meats being best food is legit but u dont need to eat it every meal, just a few times per week cos theyre giganuritious

muscle meats, fruits, honey, eggs, milk etc is legit

i think vegetables arent toxic like he says but i agree they have fuckall nutrition

i dont 100% agree on the raw aspect, meat carries bacteria but u should lightly cook it to kill the bacteria, but not fully cook it cos like he said that kills the nutrients

hes legit about avoiding stress etc and doing what actually feels good

idk about his exercise claims cos i guess research says its good for u, but i think u should just only do a little exercise naturally but not a lot, like dont run or go gym weightlifting. only weightlift if ur an incel and need to get a gf
