yeah, he definitely is right about a lot of things, but he just misses the mark on other things. Like he will see someone exercising at a gym and say that cavemen didn't exercise therfore you shouldn't or something

Does it really matter if he's not original if he's saying the truth? I don't get it.

I'd take it as a compliment if someone said all my takes are water.

His main point is that the gym specifically stresses your body and ages you, and connects it to nature by saying you'd naturally never want to do it.. which is pretty much right.

But exercising as a whole isn't bad, just exerting and stressing yourself. Something like hikes or stretching he himself does to this day.

I always personally had the take that if you really wanted to go to the gym and exercise, atleast do it in the least stressful manner, once or twice a week. Anything else is unnecessary.

This was proven in an earlier community post of his when he said he would react to songs. The initial post was a vote and he clearly said not to send any suggestions in the comments yet his audience commented them regardless

thats fair, and i cant actually provide evidence or anything. But instead of saying things like "lifting weights makes ur face tense up and causes wrinkles", he would just sort of complain while watching the video. and also some people need to go to the gym for more important reasons than the counter reason of not wanting to age quicker

Fom the videos i watched, that's just the kind of content he does.

If he wants to make a point, he makes specific videos about it, but all his "reaction" content is mainly him complaining.

I don't mind it, it's entertaining and what he's saying is still true, but people will dismiss it because they just see it as hate without a base.

And no one really needs to go to the gym, do they? It's always for personal "benefit" like having bigger muscles. Anything health related can be achieved without stressing your body to those levels.

yeah all definitely true points. even if his content is complaining, the clips are funny, i would hate to baselessly hate him

what I meant by the gym thing is sometimes gaining more muscle and strength is worth it if you age a little more, BUT you would still be right in saying that is technichally a personal preference. However I think it is the only valid personal preference to have, especially if you are super out of shape and your physique is your biggest flaw

Does he? I'm pretty sure he just follows instincts and nature, and that's what he always preaches.. i doubt he'd think he "created" it.

Everyone I know whos older and was super into sports dies younger than fat fucks who drink all day. They get health issues that kill them outright

Well tbh fat people are well nourished and tend to be more physically active

There is a sweet spot. Just go to the gym and break a sweat get a bit of muscle and stay around 10% bf and you are in the ideal zone.
