JFL if you believe this low IQ guy.
I'll debunk everything he says.
The reason South Sudan has the tallest people is because of aggressive sexual selection, where height has been prioritised and valued as a status symbol. Also taller men had an easier time with cattle that's why. Same with Dutch people who are 6 foot on average, it's because of aggressive selection, in a Fisherian runaway.
This is the same story as the Irish Elk — sexual selection pushed antlers so big they became maladaptive → extinction. Runaway traits always crash eventually.
Plus the perfect male height is 5'10-6'4, under 5'9 and over 6'5 is pushing it.
Tall enough to signal strength, health, dominance.
Still efficient in energy use, mobility, and not prone to the health costs of gigantism.
Once you push past ~6’5–6’7:
Joint stress, higher injury risk.
Greater caloric demand.
Shorter average lifespan.
Reproductive issues (very tall men have slightly lower fertility rates on average).
As we all know face is law and matters most in seduction, height is cope, just be 6'2.
