I've seen a few clips of this guy but not too familiar with his stuff, so just to be clear, does he criticize roidcels and gymcels who take it too far, as well as their whole stupid culture, or working out in general? Cause he seems very interested in diet and its health implications, which one could argue is also "health autism" in its own way. Also, what does he think about sports?

The taller you are the harder it is to lift heavy 5’8 is the best hight for powerlifting for a reason

Gym does stress your body, that’s why you feel exhausted and hate having to go. Ofc it prematurely ages you, only reason people go is to build a physique, improve athletically all to improve chances with woman

If you workout a lot you’re probably shortening your life by 5-10yrs. Stressful on your heart

Technically youre gonna be stronger but you will have a longer range of motion a midget can bench the same as a tall person with much less strength

Edit: thats also why 5’8 is the best hight because you can put on a decent amount of muscle while not having a massive range of motion

More ROM, also he’s naturally slender: not built for heavy lifting
