Try fighting sports, you will have lots of adrenaline and face another man feeling like your life is in danger

Look on google maps and shit for muay thai, taekwondo, kickboxing, boxing & kyokushinkai karate clubs (I pick those specifically because they’re all mainly striking which is a better choice in a case like yours)

Try as much as you can, usually they let you do one or multiple session for free to test it out, call them beforehand if possible or just go there

You will feel high level of adrenalin, will grow balls and discipline, and because of your regular confrontations with other men, you will fulfill your violence needs in a healthy way, it’s like how fucking girls on the regular would make you less prone to fapping

Try to train at home with a sandbag and look up boxing/etc videos to do it, ofc fighting is better but if you can’t for now, do it this way. Strange to have a rhinoplasty at such a young age tho

Test them all before chosing or youll end up potentially missing out on a better gym or a sport you like more. I went to many boxing, thai and mma stuff and almost picked one, then tested the last one I needed to test and it ended up being BY FAR my favorite place in all terms

Not sure about afterlife or reincarnation stuff, but to me there is definitely a God in some sort of form. Just because its not a living being doesnt mean he doesnt exist. I think a bit like pantheism on this subject (the idea is that God is everything and everywhere, as if the essence of existence is God itself)
