GOING FULL ANTI-ACNE MODE

I have tried fucking EVERYTHING UNDER THE SUN to get rid of my acne. Retin-a does nothing but make my skin red, Adapelene doesnt do shit for anyone, benzoyl peroxide is just lol. Moisturizers? haha.

So I have decided to go 100% ANTI -ACNE. No exceptions.

1. 7 bottles of water a day

2. Lessfap, only allowed to fap once every 3 days

3. No dairy and minimal bread

4. My usual skincare routine (Cetaphil, retin-a every other day, moisturizer, vitamin c mask)

5. Antibiotic (already been taking for a month now almost)

6. Reduce stress

7. Supplment vitamin d, beta carotene (have that shit finaly), vitamin c, and CMZ.

8. Sunmaxx atleast 30 mins every day

And on top of all of this Im just not going to give a shit. Im not going to look in the mirror and analyze my face. Im not going to stress over not getting iois. Im just going to live life like I have clear skin all the time.

If I get no results by beginning of June I'm getting on Accutane.

btw the no dairy is a good idea but i would try dropping retin-a until ur skin clears up imo. Also take a fck ton of vit C

Benzagel is the strongest OTC acne cream/gel. Smells like mint too lol.

I use it because accutane elevates liver enzymes and fucks your skin's moisture

Never mind it's just a modified form of benzyl peroxide lol

You can get accutane from some steroid dealers though

Hey bro I am on the same page as you, I am doing benzoyl + tretinoin daily and hoping for the best. I wish I can do accutane but my mother wont even allow me to take antibiotics. If my skin is not clearish by june I'll do a dose of bactrim.

also I recommend don't take vitamin C serum, https://www.oumere.com/blogs/news/how-vitamin-c-serums-cause-acne-in-healthy-skin (Im taking it orally)

Minocycline 3 months of 100mg and 20G patothenic acid daily will ensure you have 0 pimples. In addition to all you said. Plus going no fap with high doses of zinc, magnesium and vitamin b6 daily and 500mg ashwaghanda daily + HIIT
