Don’t bother man to go out with intent of getting women if you don’t belong in top 20 percent men . I have done it all my 20s with false hopes and it only gave me rejection , depression after depression , and destroyed my self esteem . Social humiliation and exclusion is the worst pain you can have . Over last many years , I don’t socialize at all - period . I know my value - and I have fully accepted my fate . Having a great career , good financial situation means nothing if you are not good looking . You will be mocked , will he made fun of , Will be rejected , bullied , friendzoned and will he laughed at. Save yourself all of these . Better to go to gym , do something meaningful - May be hang out with 1-2 male friends who won’t judge you or bully you . Or just stay at home and meditate - watch TV , focus on nutrition . Stay away from alcohol or other stuff . I am already on antidepressants, anti psychotics and anxiolytics - thanks to years of social abuse .
