Going "semi-unconscious" during training

Normally, when I am having a good set, I can close my eyes and 100% focus on lifting (zoning out) to the point where it feels really good and I can push the weight "with ease" for reps 3 to 7 or 8. After that point I "come back again" (idk how to describe it), weight gets harder and I come to failure at rep 10 to 12. So far so good.

But on last Thursday, I was doing lateral raises (machine): After a few reps (let it be 5 or 6) I started shaking uncontrollably during the set to the point I had to stop, became like semi-unconscious, being numb on the entire body, heart beating like crazy and funnily enough my ears became heated and (I think) red. This was like this for like 5 seconds, after that I came "to mind" again and it was all ok again.

Now on Tuesday, yesterday, the same happened again while I was doing reverse flys. And today again, once again during latteral raises.

Should I be worried, or is this normal, lol? Those were the first three instances something like that happening to me.
