Bars and clubs are two different things completely though. In a bar you’re in a stall with the guys, socializing. In a club everything is very dark and crowded with flashing lights. Every time i’ve hooked up with a girl in the club I’ve left my friends to go solo on the dance floor, started grinding/making out with girls etc. Whereas in bars girls usually approach you (possibly with some friends of hers as well) and sit down to flirt with you.

I stopped going to pubs alone (unless I know at least bartender), it's not productive you getting drunk in very non NT way tbh... Sometimes when you get lucky you'll meet people and pull a chick, but the ratio was not great - more money/time wasted than it's worth it, and you tend to get more drunk to lower muh inhib..
I maybe try it in the summer at some cool venue by the river or some shit chilling maybe more 'normal..

Clubs are separate thing completely, you don't get asked immediately the dreaded question "are you alone here?" "where are your friends?", because of the dancing and shiet you can go solo easy, it's even better you don't have to worry about someone lost in the crowd and stuff

There's an episode in 'That's 70s show' when they discuss importance of being able to dance, without it you're doomed in general tbh, I struggle with it myself, but it's doable with practice (shortcut=drugs).
If you're GL enough chilling at the bar in a club can get you some results but wouldn't count on it
