Going to a otolaryngologist (nose doctor) any tips

I have nasal folds idk if this is relevant, is there anything I should bring up? My face is pretty reccesed all over

say u cant breathe and sleep properly because ur air ways are blocked

best part is I function like a ordinary person they won’t suspect larp I come off as a nerd who doesn’t care for looks

prolly wont work tho if ur nasal way is completly normal u could try tho

I’m always sick and stuffy could be environment also medical malocclusion class 2 overbite rn
