Going to an orthopedic in a week

I've got assymetrical traps like one side is more developed then the other and I'm going to an orthopedic to make sure it's not scoliosis I've also got rib flare, what else should I talk to him about while I'm there?

He told me how not stretching before working out caused my muscles to be tight specifically my hamstrings I think and that they pulled on my hips witch cause one part of my back to slant. He said I should start a doing sport so that my muscles don't get tight and stiff

So basically just stretch?

Yeah he emphasised using foam rollers too
Have you heard Applicator Kuznetsov? I've tried it for a few last days and it really helps to relax spine muscles and fix asymmetries

Jfl but that like microneedling but for spine. You can google it and its cheap too
Do you only stand on it or lie down on it, also has it really worked for you in terms of assymetries?

I only lay. From lower back till shoulders. And i guess it relaxes muscles and ligaments which continues up to your neck and face. That by default means that they even out and it fixes asymmetry
