PLS DROP ROUTINE AND WORKOUT EXERCISES
 
Well I don’t exactly know what your goals are but this is my routine.
Day 1:
Bench press
Seated fly’s
Cable fly’s for upper chest
Side laterals
Forearms
Triceps push downs

Day 2:
Squat
Hamstring curl
Glutes
Calves
Abs

Day 3:
Seated rows
Bent over rows
Lat pulldowns
Shrugs
Biceps

Day 4:
Shoulder press
Side laterals
Rear delt flys
Tricep pushdowns
Forearms
Abs
