What do you guys think. I know most of you are vampires that stay inside all day and cope with Retin A and Vitamin D pills but I think not enough sun is what's making me low energy

Vitamin d is extremely important For a multitude of reasons and if your colored your should be outside for a hour or something due to melanin making it harder to absorb vitamin d

Tried it. Doesn't really help. It just makes it worse if there is no sun.

For 30 minutes?

I'm 14

would rather be happy and tan now than stay low energy and pale

Never changed anything for me. I get plenty of sun exposure. I think as long as you have a healthy diet and get some exercise you will be ok, most people who are vitamin D deficient have a poor diet and never exercise. There are studies on the inuit tribes in north canada and alaska who sometimes get no sun for weeks at a time and always wear clothes that cover their whole body yet they have perfectly fine vitamin D levels.

Not really, 30 minutes is nothing if you stay inside your house all day.

I need a tan anyways

Doesn't hurt to try. Unless we're talking about future wrinkles but I'm not too worried
