Just start out with easy things that are almost impossible to mess up like tricep pushdowns, bicep curls, and other similar stuff. Don't do bench press or anything else that requires good technique until you fully understand it to avoid injury

Start out with weights you can do 8-15 reps with so you're not going too heavy and risking injury. With proper form and weights you can handle you'll be fine
