Going to Turkey tomorrow what should I stock up on?

So my family is Turkish and I am going to go visit them for a week. Turkish pharmacies are so fucking crazy because stuff that is banned everywhere is over the counter and other stuff like melatonin are banned.
My list:

-Topical Tretinoin
-Duatesteride
-Accutane
-Aromasin inhb.

Even tirz and pth analogs are over the counter but can't bring them to EU because they have to be refrigerated.
Lmk if I should add anything to my list. Can't really think of anything that is not over the counter that I want to buy. Ive only been doing reta for now so idk if I need anything else before roiding.

Please lmk if there are stuff that is not over the counter in the US/EU so I can check if I can buy them.
