I went vegan 2-3 years ago (which coincides with the time I started losing hair, ~2 years ago) and I was only worried about B12 because you need to either supplement it or eat unfiltered water (Despite some idiots thinking b12 comes from meat, the cow you ate takes b12 supplementation for you). But only now I saw this:
JFL, the multivitamin I take (not even every day because I always forget to take) only has 7mg of zinc, which according to (((((them))))) it's enough, but we all know how (((((they))))) wants males with low testosterone and thinning hair due to zinc deficiency.
At least, I've already bought a megadose zinc supplement, let's see what will happen.
It will also help me with improving my loads (I still need to buy L-Argenine and Lecithin). I want to double my load, 20ml here I go!
