NEW COPE INCOMING

Theory, would pulling on the gonions from the inside of the jaw get rid of lower dental crowding and increase bigonial width?

I tried it for 30 seconds and felt my teeth aligning at the bottom but wanted to consult here first.

It looks like this wouldnt affect TMJ but I could be wrong. Pls lmk

Wouldn't risk jaw damage for any little possible benefits.

there is no results because again they were so minor its not even worth, but again it was a month with not much repetitions and time

you could try it, i mean who's to say it doesn't work

but the difference might not be noticeable and you could also negatively affect your jaw

its not cope buddy ive been doing this for a while but u need something else to make it work

since i removed my aligners one of my bottom teeth got crooked asf
but i fixed it

so what u gotta do:
1. pull ur lower teeth apart (like how a palate expander would work)
2. place your pointer fingers on the top of your gonions (on the joint)

when u dont do the first tip your molars hut like a bich when u bite
i presume its cuz theres no bone under it

if u dont do the second step then youll get tmj
youre tryna make them out wards not pull the whole ramus out

Bones arent malleable retard
The only reason things like palate widening work is because they divide the sutures, they don't magically bend the bones

I've been doing something similar to this. I've been pulling my lower molars outwards(like a palate expander) since a week. It's way too soon for results but my teeth do feel a lil stretched out(can't quite explain it well) so I believe its working, albeit very slowly

it would impact tmj but given that any change would be extremely slow and that the tmj can remodel its nothing to worry about. i just struggle to see how this would work. none the less i will probably start trying it.

Posting theories is alot cheaper than plastic surgery, even if its cope its worth discussing this shit.
Im do this shit, I saw slight results with thumbpulling and in a month got compliments from my school lunch lady jfl. If this works it would ascend me so hard bhai

Doesn’t work
I tried it for almost 2 months (November-December) it feels like your teeth line up correctly temporarily but that’s it.
And it will give you tmd issues
