i got some anti dandruff shampoo from a dermatologist and it was working well for a few months but lately it just makes the dandruff go away but it comes back like 2-3 days later , my hair texture is fucked every time i use the shampoo so i only do it once a week. hope u get a better shampoo tho

i dont even know how to explain the feeling. my hair wasnt thin , it just lacked i guess oils? the anti dandruff shampoo probably stripped my hair of a lot more oil then normal shampoos which gave it a weird , almost fluffy texture

too much work. my dandruff isnt noticeable unless i put my hand in my hair and mess it , anyways the shampoo i was using was

, im not saying its BAD , maybe just not for me. make ur own research about it tho . might be good for u

The one who must not be named (Dil Latham) actually enlightened me on this, surprisingly.
Valuable information don’t DNR.

Unless you are an absolutes TRAMP and struggle to wash and are just utter filth, it’s very unlikely that the white flakes are dandruff.

And using a harsh anti dandruff shampoo will seriously just make it worse.

What it actually most likely is , is called dry scalp
Which is from your scalp lacking moisture (obviously) caused by over washing, humidity, your pillow, genetics and not using conditioner after poo.

Don’t fall into the same trap I did,
If it’s white and small (story of my life)
if it’s it’s yellow / white colour and largerit’s dandruff.
Me not knowing this made my what I thought to be ‘druff’ last for years.

Also white strips barely do anything, hydrogen peroxide is best, (Pneumo method) obviously if you don’t want the risk just use a low concentration of hydrogen peroxide.
Also consider if you are below average white teeth don’t do anything, as they are more of a cherry on the top for already good looking people as like hair they act as a health indicator.

and how do ido the hydrogen peroxide shit.And strips are expensive rather buy quality sunscreen
