I am gonna study for 10 hours without break.

Took it yesterday

50 mg at 3 PM

went to bed at 2 AM and still wasted time but it lowered my procrastination somehow

I might try soon again with 200 mg in the morning

I saw a video of a professor saying it isn't efficient at all to study 10 hours continuously, you're better off studying 30 minutes at a time since your attention span after that mark goes down significantly.
