Bullshit, no one lengths a bone in one day and walks on the same day. First of all it's impossible to stretch more than 2 millimetres a day without your bone growth failing to keep up, second of all, you are BREAKING YOUR BONES ON BOTH YOUR LEGS, in what world are you going to walk away in one day? This + all the nerves and veins/arteries/ lymphic system has to be stretched to, it's not like "Yo, doc! Can you stretch 6cm in my legs for tomorrow?"

the bad part is that all of those things, the soft tissues aren't replaced with more material like the bones. They're just stretched. And that makes it so you lose some of your athletic ability
