Got some slight nasofold caused by fat pad. About to nuke that fat pad to the ground.

4 injections of 0.05ML each, on each side.

Roughly like that but a bit lower. (Don’t tag mod saying i’m a foid, that’s not me nigga)

Will make me look like a frog for 4 days or so i hear. We pin again in 2 week. Planning on pinning on 4 separate occasions to completely nuke the fat pad.

30G 6mm syringes arrive tomorrow.

I may have to go into hiding if it bloated me like a MF. Suifuel if it does since i have an exam on the 8th so if I still look like a frog then, that exam may not be attended.

honestly you should probaly do the cheeks as well because theres no point of waiting another four weeks to do them but you do you

also my recommendation, make sure you use proper injection technique, when i was injecting into my cheeks using my non-dominant hand i kept fucking up and bent the needle and sometimes got these weird temporary white bumps like clavicular got in his lemonbottle video. therre harmless tho and goes away after a few minutes/hours

i didnt inject into buccals only subq layer of fat in my cheeks

i didnt feel like injecting into buccal fat pad because it really doesnt really contribute to that lean face look as much as people think they do. if you want noticeable results then you actually have to do buccal fat removal, but even that is pretty minimal.

but still i can give you some tips because i studied about how to before

your buccal fat pad is adjacent/ really close to your second molar so inject around there. you only need like 1-2 injection sites for buccal btw and need more mL, like 0.5-1mL.
now there is two ways you can inject into your buccals, from outside the cheek or intraorally. If you do it intraorally, the chance of nerve damage is almost zero, but your risk of infection dramatically increases, and its also harder and alot more uncomfortable to do. if you do it outside the cheek, risk nerve damage is increased, as you cant just avoid the major nerve branches by pinching the skin as the buccal fat pad is deep seated unlike the buccal fat pad. its still pretty low but still risky

i think sunq is a better idea than nuking the actual buccal fat itself. i think it’s susually subq that usually cucs people, not buccal fat. how did you go about doing that?

for subq I did 19 injection sites 0.2 mL each spaced 1-1.5 cm each with a 31g 7-8mm needle

i didn’t really target my smile lines though I was planning to do it later until I got caught lmao

depends on what angle your injecting it at. The subq layer is usually around 5mm deep, but I injected at a 45 degree angle so I injected 7-8mm deep
