Gonna start gym soon. Completely lose and I have no idea where to start.

Title basically. I'm tired of being sub 5. I want to at least try and see what gym does bc my entire life I have been skinnyfat and bloated.

So unable to see if my bones are good or not.

Any beginner advice or things I should do when I start? I have no friends so I can't go with one.
 
You should pick a beginner split like pplppl or upper lower. I would personally go with ppl, you should be doing 3 sets of 8-10 reps on exercises. Don’t be a retard and ego lift that will slow your growth do weight that you can do with good form and intensity, ( the lasts reps should be really hard to do) you also want to progressively over load the wight on all exercises. Protein and diet are also important so make sure that’s good and then take creatine and get plenty of sleep.
