How can you manage to hard mew all day? It's not sustainable for me, I just do a suction mew with saliva and it stays up there pretty easily. Hard mewing is hard because the tongue gets fatigued from putting deliberate pressure up the palate

no one hard mew "all day", it's more like from 9 hours you hard mew 4~5, you will always lose some seconds in order to the tongue rest.
and there is no secret really, it's a reflex. being the most honest i can be, nowadays i hard mew because i'm bored.
just keep doing it until you just doing it without noticing.
also, it's not always that the hyoid bone will burn, and after some time you will need to put much more pressure in order to the hyoid bone start to burn.
