So i have restricted myself from gaming for this week, and will get into the habit of stopping myself from these addictions furthermore. Waking up earlier as I used to and setting times for completing my specific tasks. What are your plans in order to accomplish your goals?

Wake up earlier and do my 60/20/60/20 focus time. 60 minutes focused on work, 20 min break, then 60 min work etc etc. I learned it from pua Deangelo. All his course work is shit, but that one time management segment he did helped me out a lot ngl.
