Gonna take fin and dut together

Ordering dut, but gonna stay on fin as well, cos my dut is tablets since I don't eat gelatine

And I don't know if I trust Indian dut tablets, since tablets need to formulated a specific way to be bioavailable, since dut isn't water soluble. And tablets aren't available in most of the world

So I will stay on fin alongside it. It's cheap anyway

I haven't seen anyone mention it
But taking daily fin plus one or two dut doses a week is a common idea
If u want dut everyday, u can just take fin and dut everyday
