I’m thinking a good sleep band set up in combination with some glucosamine, hgh, pth etc… might actually work, I know people get 1 inch from banded sleeping within a few weeks usually and then progress slows down

Don't ropemax, try maxxing out ur face with softmaxxing then hardmaxxing and then u could do LL maybe.
