sun
skincare
no bad shit (cooming, cigarretes, junk food etc)

Drinking only water.

A good habit i have picked up 5 years ago and still have to this day.

Of course i drink other things sometimes.
But 98% water

many rich men, kings, entrepreneurs, doctors ect have been illiterate

Helps to learn to deal with stress, focus on the now instead of wandering in thoughts, lower stress/blood pressure

any extreme of good habit is bad. Books are great because of knowledge you can extract, some dude spent thousands of hours researching and wrote it in simple format.

not any better than browsing the internet but usually worse because not condensed enough

knowledge isn’t worth much, especially general knowledge

low sodium intake - high potasium intake -> to avoid bloating
doing cardio
avoid carbs to not be bloated

I started with the app called headspace (imo best meditating app for beginners, buy the premium version its worth it).

I know this is late but you need to practice something daily to get good at something. Practice something on Khan Academy daily. Or practice drawing or playing music.
 
Getting interesting hobbies
I do ballroom and Latin dancing at uni jfl. But it’s an easy and interesting thing to talk about
