What is your guy's opinion on what constitutes "Good base" for surgery.
alot of people seem to think that it's linear, and that if you are 4 PSL you can only linearly ascend to 4.5 or 5. it seems however that there are people. which ascend multiple points through one surgery (example below ). i don't think they are just outliers, i think it's due to the type of flaw in the face.
it seems that there are flaws which are harder to fix(not impossible but way harder), like IPD, midface ratio, etc. I think the type of falio you have is important in whether you have a good base for surgery.
