IMO no. I think people are too focused on having a chin that’s extremely portruding (if that’s the right word). This is a recessed chin/jaw

The way I check is using lip assessments (though tbf I just eyeballed it)
And pouting skews the results
But even then, looking at other pics as well, I think he’s a bit recessed
