idk about camera but I got a Razer Seiren Mini v3 and its really good for discord/work calls. people were complimenting how clear and understandable my voice was compared others on laptop mics

U can either run a scarlett 2i2 with a sure smb mic or any yeti mic they are all good tbh just use Equalizer apo to make it sound even better
