imo there are only three good phenos that have good colouring for men
north atlandid (pale skin, dark brown hair, blue eyes)
surfer pheno (slightly tanned skin, light brown-dark blonde hair, hazel eyes)
mulatto pheno (tanned skin, dark brown hair, green-hazel eyes)

everything else is subhuman

Having blue eyes doesn’t automatically mean you have good coloring. You need good contrast.

ye maybe but you will most likely need the hair to actually pull of the surfer pheno
so the classic long, wavy, surfer curtains hair style
