im skinny (71kg 1m88) (not skinny fat) and wanna gymmaxxing
If i wanna gain muscle , is strict carnivor a good and the best diet ?
 
Eating protein alone is not enough for you, you need to provide every macronutrient to be able to function properly read what it is to increase your caloric needs and calculate what your zero is and add 300 calories to it to be able to mass effectively remember to keep protein high around 1g to 2.5g per kilogram of body weight

okay okay would u have a simple diet suggestion?
i want to minimize the number of reciepes and ingredients , i dont mind eating the same thing over again

As I wrote, you can eat anything, but in good quantities, preferably do not consume sweets and other artificially spiced crap, focus on natural products, many of which you can find in the store under the special designation personally i recommend tuna, meat from turkey / chicken, beef, salmon, but you have so much that i think you can do it on your own and remember about proper supplementation for weight gain if you consume a lot of protein, but please do not do dirty bulk, i hate it when someone does it, even more so naturally, make the simplest, most effective with simple ingredients and without any additives, it's worth you'll not get that much fat and you will look good even on mass, good luck brother, if you have any questions, contact me.

It's good but not the best. Ideal is to be carnivore + high fruits. Spiking your insulin is anabolic.

Eat salmon, chicken, red meats
Drink protein shakes/ smoothies

good luck i usually recommend looking for answers to your any questions on forums typically where there are people where they train and not fat walking trash or skinny guys
 
about 15% fat or a little more 2g protein per kg and rest is carbs, so high carbs moderate protein low fat.

Fruits = carbs

I recommend fruits over complex carbs but I myself eat both.

Fruits are just easier to digest.

elite fitness, bodybuilding, and there's so many others you can find them easily

White grains for after gym to replenish and fruit also sth along the lines for sugar.
Non training days mainly fruit or no carbs
