Tbh i want a gym routine like 4 or 5 times a week. Getting ready for gyms open but also looking to start MMA so I want to do like mma class twice a week and gym like 5 times a week and hopefully my body can handle that.
Any of these 2 any good? If not how do I balance both and able to recover/ rest properly. Beginner btw and advice is appreciated

If your beginner push/pull/legs/rest is a good place to start.
Made most of my beginner gains there tbh.

No don’t workout every single day, at least have two days at minimum for recovery. I’m not an expert in fitness but I recommend 3 days for gym and 2 for mma though cause I’m assuming mma also includes cardio

Focus on the lower body part more
It took me a year to achieve these results

Do PPL
If you think the push day is too hard then split shoulders with legs and leave only chest and triceps for the push day.
Focus on machines, don't bother too much with compounds exercises as a beginner.

If your gym has a trainer the makes routines for beginners then just talk to him and say you wanna split your exercises in 3 days and he will make a beginner routine for you.
