good gym schedule/excersises

can someone please tag me in one or tag here
 
do movements that isolate specific body parts for maximum mur. make a routine that enables you to hit every single muscle group 2x a week or more (although it's diminishing returns after 2x), check out upper/lower splits and full body splits. also super important to use exercises that you can gauge progress with easier, that needs minimal setting up and you enjoy. i.e i know bench press is not the best choice when it comes to chest exercises but it's good enough, easy to gauge progress on and i enjoy it. that's pretty much all you need to do over a long period of time consistently and if you dont have the bottom 1% of genetics you'll grow. also do volume you can recover with. for me 6-8 sets a week is the best. maybe try that at first?

what excersises do u recomend, ive benn going to the gym around 2-3 years but super on and off, because i get so bored of the gym and dont know what to do. i spefically need excersises for my shoulders, my shoulders are weak and look like shit:feelswah:
