Also depend on localization, I see hooded eyes everywhere (not Asia).
Males also are supposed to have Lower-Set Supraorbitals, this is different of a good Eye Area since a good Eye Area have other traits like PCT, Vertically Narrow, Average to Wide PFL etc...

females have good zygos that have more protrusion due to narrower temples, fully hooded eyes (as in no upper eyelid exposure at all) are very very rare (like sean opry or gandy) most people have slight hooding.

to have FULL hooding you NEED a big BROW bone and PCT and LOR and high UE fat content AND a low set browridge
