Good neck harness

Jeff Nippard and Alphadestiny (the midgets) somehow recommend a 120€ neck harness.

Meanwhile I see ones for like 15€ on amazon, is there a sweet spot somewhere cheaper, or should I buy a better neck harness and hope the lifetime and comfort of it outweighs the cost

Just do neck curls
Like 8 sets till failure Max 12 reps
2-3 times per week after your workout .

no need to use harness. Just use your hands and apply pressure against movement or put a towel on your forehead and then weights.
